How do I work?
I tailor my working methods to the client. Therefore, it is important for me to know the needs, expectations and context with which the client comes to me. Depending on the needs and situation, I use coaching, mediation, workshops, training, consultations or combinations of the above.
I also use agile methodologies, mindfulness techniques, Nonviolent Communication and psychological methods of increasing effectiveness.
