For over 10 years, I have been helping leaders, teams, and organizations collaborate based on trust and self-awareness.
I know what it’s like to work in an environment of constant change, time pressure, inter-team dependencies, and “firefighting” because I was part of these processes myself as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in IT companies.
Today, I support leaders who want to build teams differently: more calmly, boldly, and consciously. I combine my experience with Agile Coaching, mediation, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), mindfulness, and working with leaders with ADHD. My clients significantly increase their self-confidence, engage in difficult conversations mindfully and confidently, build engaged and integrated teams, and communicate clearly and understandably both upwards and downwards.

Difficult Conversations That Don’t Escalate Conflict
Conflict doesn’t have to be stressful and damaging to relationships.
I help leaders and teams have conversations that bring clarity—about boundaries, accountability, communication, and collaboration. I work with both individual conflicts and those between teams (e.g., IT–Business, Product–Marketing, Product–Sales).
Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation at Work
Tension, overload, impulsivity, and automatic reactions are commonplace for many people, especially in the IT community and among leaders with ADHD. I help them regain mindfulness, learn to regulate their emotions, and make conscious decisions without feeling overwhelmed.
Conflict Resolution
I teach how to communicate without judgment, how to separate facts from interpretations, and how to address the real needs—your own and the other party’s. I use tools that truly unlock collaboration. By asking questions, I help clients independently discover solutions tailored to their context.
Support for leaders with ADHD
I understand energy fluctuations, mental chaos, difficulty prioritizing, overstimulation paralysis, the dopamine rollercoaster, hyperfocus, and the challenges of maintaining boundaries. I help you structure your workflow, communication, and leadership style so that they are supportive, not a source of exhaustion.

Małgosia provided our team with a tailor-made training on “Boundaries and needs at work – how to communicate effectively when everyone is different?” The training consisted of two parts: a theoretical session conducted online and a practical session on-site, where the large team was divided into three groups. Małgorzata led a training “How to cope in difficult situations” for volunteers from our Po-Dzielnia association.
The workshops focused on asking about your own needs, guessing what other people’s needs are, and how to formulate messages. The volunteers learned to understand many problematic situations that they encounter every day during their shifts at the association’s headquarters.
The volunteers performed exercises in pairs, which allowed them to actively consolidate the knowledge gained during the workshop, which Małgorzata conveyed in an understandable and very interesting way. All the participants positively summed up their participation in the workshops, as they received a lot of information, e.g. on how to cope with accumulated stress.
