"The most intense conflicts, if overcome, leave behind a sense of security and calm that is not easily disturbed. It is just these intense conflicts and their conflagration which are needed to produce valuable and lasting results." — Carl G. Jung

For over 10 years, I have been helping leaders, teams, and organizations collaborate based on trust and self-awareness.

I know what it's like to work in an environment of constant change, time pressure, inter-team dependencies, and "firefighting" — because I was part of those processes myself as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in IT companies.

Today, I support leaders who want to build teams differently: more calmly, more boldly, and more consciously. I combine experience in Agile Coaching, mediation, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), mindfulness, and working with leaders with ADHD. My clients significantly grow their self-confidence, hold difficult conversations mindfully and without fear, build engaged and integrated teams, and communicate clearly both upward and downward.

If you're here, you're probably facing a challenge like:

Difficult conversations, giving feedback
Communicating expectations
Team delivers value too slowly
Expanding scope of responsibility
Conflicts within or between teams
Conflicts with co-workers
Building a new team
Differing visions of how to reach goals
Lack of trust
Offer

How can I help you?

Difficult conversations that don't escalate conflict

Conflict doesn't have to mean stress and damaged relationships. I help leaders and teams have conversations that bring clarity — about boundaries, accountability, communication, and collaboration. I work with both individual conflicts and those between teams (e.g. IT–Business, Product–Marketing, Product–Sales).

Mindfulness and emotional regulation at work

Tension, overload, impulsivity, automatic reactions — this is everyday life for many people, especially in IT and among leaders with ADHD. I help you regain mindfulness, learn to regulate your emotions, and make conscious decisions without excessive strain.

Conflict resolution

I teach how to talk without judging, how to separate facts from interpretations, and how to reach the real needs — your own and the other side's. I use tools that genuinely unlock collaboration. By asking questions, I help clients discover solutions that fit their own context.

Support for leaders with ADHD

I understand fluctuating energy, mental chaos, difficulty prioritizing, paralysis from too much stimulation, the dopamine rollercoaster, hyperfocus, and the challenge of maintaining boundaries. I help you structure your way of working, your communication, and your leadership style so they support you instead of draining you.

Method

How do I work?

My method is a combination of:

  • experience from the IT industry
  • NVC, mediation, and facilitation tools
  • mindfulness and emotional-regulation work
  • a mindful, partnership-based approach to leadership
  • communication training that can be applied in the team right away

I don't promise miracles. I give you tools that help leaders have difficult conversations calmly and build teams grounded in accountability on both sides.
