My name is Małgorzata, but it will certainly be easier for you to call me Gosia (pronounced: Gosha), which is a shorter form of my name. My passion is coaching and helping to resolve conflicts. For almost 10 years I have been working with people individually and in teams, helping them achieve their goals and discover various paths that lead to them.
During my journey, there was a moment when I noticed that the cause of stress for many people is conflicts with others. They limit your perspectives and cause frustration. So I started to explore the topic and, starting with the idea of Nonviolent Communication, I reached mediation.
I help my clients to discover that a difference of opinion can be interesting, that you can approach it in different ways, without necessarily fighting or avoiding confrontation. I explore and share mindfulness techniques because I believe that mindfulness is the first step towards understanding yourself and others.
Please contact me – I will be happy to tell you more about how I work and how I can help.
