About Me

My name is Gosia, and my passion is coaching and helping people resolve conflict. For almost 10 years I have worked with people individually and in teams, helping them achieve their goals and discover the different paths that lead there.

Along the way, there was a moment when I noticed that conflict with others was the source of stress for many people. It narrows their perspective and creates frustration. So I started exploring the subject, and beginning with the idea of Nonviolent Communication, I eventually arrived at mediation.

I help people discover that a difference of opinion can be interesting, that it can be approached in different ways — not necessarily by fighting or avoiding confrontation. I explore and share mindfulness techniques, because I believe that mindfulness is the first step on the path to understanding yourself and others.
